We are born into this world with pure, innocent light.
We are all born with unique gifts, souls, and bodies.
We are born in a confusing world.
As we grow, we experience both moments of joy, but also moments of fright.
Parts of our light are left behind during these moments of fright. This is called susto.
Sometimes these moments of fright can traumatize us.
Not only do we lose parts of our light, but we lose parts of ourselves.
We go in search of peace and healing by connecting with nature.
Even though we make great progress in our journey to heal, we continue to go through experiences that leave us feeling lost and unloved.
We continue to feel lost because of all the parts of ourselves that have been detached from our bodies and souls.
We continue to search for answers by studying, researching, and practicing with different ways of healing.
Despite all the healing, we begin to feel empty, after experiencing and surviving so many challenges.
Until we learn about soul retrieval and reflect back on these traumatic experiences.
We think back to the exact time and place where these moments of fright took place. We find our light and retrieve our lost soul.
We feel complete again after taking the time to retrieve the parts of our souls that were once lost. Only through dedication and self love can this happen.
Through our life experiences, we now have the power to heal others that have gone through the same sufferings we have. We are the Wounded Healers.
