“I’m an interdisciplinary artist from Long Island, New York. I love walking in nature and sharing deep conversations over a cup of tea or coffee. My art is inspired by Mother Nature, divine femininity, and spiritual oneness. I believe through deep respect and gratitude for the Earth we can find global peace and personal happiness.”

Amalia grew up in a creative home of musicians, which inspired her path as an artist. She graduated from The New School, Parsons School of Design, with a BFA in Illustration.

Amalia is the graphic designer and creative director for Journeys Into American Indian Territory, as well as a storyteller and art instructor for the elementary school program. It has been an honor for her to learn and instruct Native American teachings to the next generation.

Additionally, Amalia is in the process of illustrating a Tarot Deck for Red Wheel / Weiser, with Dina Rosenberg, owner of Amityville Apothecary. She enjoys collaborating with like-minded, creative individuals. She designed the self-published book, "The Mandala Messages" by poet Maddi Cheers, as well as the music album, “Immigrance” by Grammy Award Winner, Snarky Puppy.

As a way to help those who are in need of guidance during times of grief and loss, Amalia started her own business, Visual Remedies. The personalized paintings, nature mandalas, and medicine pouches are all custom-made. Visit Visual Remedies to learn more about Amalia’s healing art services.
